Information We Collect: We collect only the information necessary to deliver placements — contact details, target domain and anchor requirements, campaign GEO/vertical preferences, and billing information. We do not collect end-user player data from your platforms.

How We Use It: Data is used exclusively to prospect, negotiate, deliver, and monitor link placements on your behalf, and to communicate campaign status. We never sell, rent, or share your target URL structures or campaign data with third parties, publishers, or competing clients.

Data Retention: Campaign records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months to support our link-replacement guarantee, after which records are securely deleted upon written request.

Scope of Services: Apxa Media provides manual, editorial link building services for Casino, Sportsbook, Poker, Crypto, and Esports brands. All placements are pre-approved by the client before publication, per our 3-step billing workflow.

Pay-After-Indexation Model: Payment is due only after a placement is published and verified live and indexed by Google. Clients agree to verify placements within 5 business days of notification; unresponded verifications default to confirmed after this window.

No Guaranteed Rankings: Apxa Media guarantees the delivery, indexation, and 12-month monitoring of link placements. We do not and cannot guarantee specific keyword rankings, as these depend on factors outside our control (algorithm changes, on-site SEO, competition).

No Long-Term Lock-In: Engagements are per-campaign. Either party may discontinue future campaigns at any time; obligations for already-delivered placements (replacement guarantee, monitoring) survive termination.

Prohibited Use: Clients must not request placements for content promoting illegal gambling operations in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited. Apxa Media reserves the right to decline any order that violates applicable regulatory frameworks.

Confidentiality by Default: Every engagement is covered by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement. Your target domains, anchor strategy, campaign volume, and pricing are treated as strictly confidential and are never disclosed to publishers, competitors, or third parties.

GDPR Compliance: Where applicable, Apxa Media processes personal data (contact names, emails, billing details) in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as a data processor acting on documented client instructions.

Sub-Processors: We do not share client target-URL structures with our publisher network. Publishers see only the specific anchor and destination URL for their individual placement — never your broader campaign strategy or client list.

Signed NDAs on Request: Enterprise clients, agencies, and affiliate networks may request a signed, company-specific NDA prior to sharing any campaign details — standard turnaround is under 24 hours.

Data Security: Campaign data is stored in access-controlled systems, limited to the assigned account team (Founder + assigned strategist), never distributed company-wide.

Regulated vs. Grey Markets: Apxa Media builds link strategies distinctly for UKGC/MGA-regulated operators versus grey-market launches. Regulated-market campaigns follow stricter editorial and disclosure framing to align with local advertising standards.

Editorial-Only Placements: We do not use Private Blog Networks (PBNs), link farms, or bulk reseller inventory. Every placement runs on a legitimate, independently operated editorial publication with genuine organic traffic.

Responsible Gambling Alignment: Content associated with our placements is reviewed to avoid claims or framing that conflict with responsible gambling advertising standards in the target jurisdiction.

Geo-Traffic Verification: All publisher inventory is filtered so that a majority of verified organic traffic originates from the client's actual target GEO — reducing compliance risk from geographically mismatched placements.

Client Responsibility: Clients remain responsible for ensuring their own operating license, jurisdictional eligibility, and on-site compliance are current and valid for each target market.
